Booking/Reservations:

Q: Is it better for me to book directly with the hotel or through another booking source like a travel agent?
A: If you book directly through the hotel website you may enjoy more exclusive privileges (www.kimberley.hk).
Q: If I have an issue or would like to amend my booking who should I talk to?
A: All bookings/reservations are subject to terms and conditions at the time you make the reservation.  If you have inquiries please contact our reservation team and they can assist you to clarify any issues you may have.

 

Amenities/Facilities:

Q: Do you have a spa or sauna place at the hotel.
A: We have a sauna located in the hotel called “Club Cavalier”.  It offers a wide range of services including foot and body massage, it is a fantastic place to unwind after a hectic day on the busy streets of Hong Kong.  Special discounts and packages are available for our in house guests.
Q: Do you have complimentary bottles of water in the room?
A: Bookings made through our website and through our .com partners will include complimentary water  

Q: Do you have baby cots available?
A: We do have baby cots available for our guests but it is subject to availability.  Please mention this “in remarks” when you make the reservation so we may book one in advance for you.
Q: Do you have a gym at the hotel?
A: We do have a gym located on the 8th floor and it is open from 7:00am – 10:00pm daily.

Q: Is there free Wi-Fi available?
A: Some of our bookings sources provide complimentary Wi-Fi which should be mentioned when you make your reservation.  If you have any inquiries please contact the hotel and we will be happy to check your reservation. (hotel@kimberley.com)  

Q: Do you have any adaptors available so I may charge my devices?
A: We do have adaptors available for our guests, please ask housekeeping or reception and our helpful staff will send one to your room.

Q: I’m a big football fan; do you have live soccer channels to watch in the room?
A: We are very sorry but at this time we do not have any live soccer channels available on our in room television.  Alternatively many bars/restaurants in the area will broadcast these games so you may still enjoy watching your favorite football club within a short walk from the hotel.


Hotel Operations:

Q: I have left something behind in my room; how do I contact lost & found?
A: You may call us at (852)2723-3888 or email us at hotel@kimberley.com and we will be pleased to help you find your lost item(s).

Q: What is the check in time at your hotel?
A: Check in time is 2:00pm but if you arrive earlier our reception team will do their best to find you a room.  Alternatively you may store your luggage at the bell counter and go out for a while.

Q: Do you offer late check-out as my returning flight is very late in the evening?
A: Late check-out is offered from time to time but is subject to our room availability.  Alternatively you may pay the half day charge upon check-in to secure your room according to your schedule.

Q: What is the check-out time?
A: Check-out time is at 12:00 noon every day unless another arrangement has been made.

Q: Do you have 24 hour room service?
A: Our room service is available from 6:00am – 00:00am daily.

 

About Our Rooms:

Q: Do you have smoking rooms available?
A: Yes we have smoking floors available; please mention this when you make your reservation so we can assign the right room for you.

Q: Are their king size beds available?
A: We only have queen and double beds available for two people. 

Q: Do you have any rooms that can accommodate three (3) persons?
A: Yes we have rooms available for three people.  Our Deluxe and Suite rooms have sofa bed or a rollaway bed can be arranged for you and your family.  Please ask when you make your booking.

Q: Do you have any extra beds available if needed?
A: Yes we have extra beds available with charge.  This is subject to availability so please mention this when you make the reservation.

Q: My mother is in a wheelchair, do you have disabled rooms available.
A: We do have disabled rooms available but is subject to availability so please mention this when you make the reservation.

Q: How often will the hotel clean the bed sheets?
A: The hotel will clean the bed sheets every day.  If you are concerned about the environment you may request us not to clean your sheets daily.

Q: When was the last renovation completed at your hotel?
A: As our hotel is very large (546 rooms) we are constantly renovating and updating our rooms and common areas for the betterment of our valued guests.  Some rooms have been updated in the last couple of years.

 

Things Nearby and Sightseeing:

Q: Can I book a sightseeing tour at the hotel?
A: Yes, you could contact concierge for aduice.  Please ask one of our friendly staffs and they will help you find the tour desk.

Q: Are there any supermarkets near the hotel?
A: There is a “Welcome” supermarket very close to our hotel.  You may ask one of the staff and they will help you to find it.  Alternatively there is also a 7/11 across the street from the hotel. 

Q: Are there restaurants and/or bars near the hotel?
A: Yes of course there are many different kinds of restaurants and bars within walking distance of our hotel.  Also we have three fabulous restaurants right here featuring Chinese, Japanese, and American cuisine and the Cascade Lounge for Alcoholic beverages, tea, coffee, and snacks; our guests can enjoy a special 20% discount at all of our outlets.

 

Hotel Outlets (Food):

Q: Do you have a place to eat breakfast at the hotel?
A: Yes we have fantastic breakfast buffet at “The Coffee House” located on the Lobby floor of the hotel.  It is open from 6:00am – 10:30am daily and has a wide range of local and international foods for your enjoyment.  A special price will be offered if you include breakfast when you make your booking.

Q: This is my first time to Hong Kong and I really want to try traditional Chinese food; do you have a place at the hotel that serves traditional Chinese food?
A: Definitely, we have a very good restaurant here called “Kimberley Chinese Restaurant” specializing in traditional Chinese cuisine.  For your benefit a special discount of 20% is offered to our valued guests.

Q: Is there a bar or a place I can sit and relax at the hotel?
A: Yes at our “Cascade Lounge” conveniently located on the Lobby floor.  You may enjoy your favorite beverages, including beer, tea, and coffee to name a few.  You may also enjoy our food selection and complimentary Wi-Fi access while you are there.

Q: I am Muslim and my family and I cannot eat certain foods.  Also it must be prepared a certain way.  Do you have food options for me and my family?
A: In the past we have been able to accommodate such requests.  Please mention this at least a week or two before you arrive so we can prepare well in advance.  Please note that all special requests are subject to approval from our Food & Beverage Department, but every effort will be made to satisfy the needs of our valued guests.
