We have recently noticed that there is a third party illegally accessed the The Kimberley Hotel Facebook and email accounts “emarketing@kimberley.hk” and "fnb@kimberley.hk" without authorization.
The Kimberley Hotel reserves all the right to claim damages and / or apply for other legal remedies.
We have stopped using the relevant Facebook page and email addresses. Any information/updates or replies posted on the Facebook page and above email addresses are not authorized and not officially released by The Kimberley Hotel. Hotel will not be responsible for any information/updates or replies posted on the relevant page or from the relevant email addresses.
